Appearance

Backstory

Shangguan Feilong is the Prince of Wyvern Country. Wyvern is a great power in a sea region.But the thing they were most proud about was not the true dragon bloodline coursing through their veins, because of this Feilong's sister was able to join the Roaring Conch and become one of the youngest God-Monarchs. He later was killed by Li Qiye.
