They are everywhere in this thick, strengthening energy; some of them look big as a rice grain, and whenever they merge inside me, I would my strength increases by a leap. There are very few strengthening crystals of this size in the strengthening energy; if I had gotten a hundred of them and nothing else, I would still have gotten the power to kill this Frost Lizardman. I will get those strengthening crystals; I will just have to make do with the current strengthening energy. By the time only a thousand spears had remained, the pressure had been halved by the 70%, and it was still reducing at incredible speed. "Like I said, Hrata; just so-so!" I taunted directly; there was no need to keep my attacks veiled anymore. "You bastard!" It shouted as my taunt affected it to the deepest level. Our intelligence had said this bastard is very prideful, and its earlier behavior is proof of that. The taunts on it got much better results than I would have gotten from the other Grimm Monster. "Flood of Frost!" It shouted as a powerful icy aura shot out of its body that it had formed a small icy domain around it. It seemed like my words stunned it more than I had expected; the small icy domain had appeared due to its loosening control over its power. Still, it looked amazing in it. Like a champion of god standing in a world of snow with a phantom of its god behind it, if I had the talent to paint, I would have definitely painted this scene, but alas, I do not, thus having to settle for taking the photo sneakily. The attack materialized just as it said its name and it is might; a gigantic flood of frosty sharp icy appeared below it before it came at me. The flood was a little slower than the spears but not much as it took barely a second to arrive next to my small sphere of shields and before enveloping it. BANNNG A Loud bang rang out as the frost flood clashed into my shields before enveloping them. The clash was so powerful that it had shaken me on my spot, and after that came the huge amount of energy from my shields. Even with continuous strengthening of strengthening energy, I am feeling suffocated; if I did not have the boosts from strengthening energy, this attack would have had came very close to destroying my shields. CLANNNNG CLANNNG CLANNNG The huge sharp icy crystals crashed against my shields, trying to tear them apart each second, but they were not able to get even a single scratch on it. A few seconds passed, and the attack of flood began to wane while my shields continued to get stronger and stronger by the time the sign of frost vanished; I had also digested all the strengthening energy and reached the peak of Grandmaster class. "Hrata, you have disappointed me; I thought you would at least be able to make some cracks on my shields, but it seemed like I have hoped too much from you," I said with a disappointed sigh and waved my hand, which instantly made the shields disappeared. Now that I have reached the peak of Grandmaster class, it is time I finish it off and get that juicy bloodline of it.
