Fex Sanguinis

Fex mischievous, before he went to Earth, he created all kinds of mischief to make fun of other, particularly his sister, Silver, whom Fex loves very much. Fex places much importance on friendship and brotherhood, he even dared to deceive his sister, father, and the whole Vampire Council, just for the safety (temporarily) of Quinn. He also hates the way the succession of the 13th family works, which only pass the leader position down to male descendants. Fex even declared to Silver when he become the Head of the 13th family, he will abolish that law. Whenever he's nervous, he tends to pull back his hair.

A handsome kid with his hair gelled backwards that looked to be a similar age to Quinn (16). He had gelled back black hair and dark clothing. As a Vampire Noble, Fex was an inch taller. His hair had grown in size and was now down the back of his neck, even more, he looked fiercer. After Quinn's slumber, Fex had grown old. His face full of wrinkles, his muscles no longer strong, his long hair white, resembling his sister Silver, still combed back.

Fex Sanguinis was the heir of the 13th family, the Sanguinis Family, one of the 13 Vampire families. When he was still a little boy, he heard from his grandfather, the former head of the 13th family, stories about human, wine and Earth, so he was inspired to go to Earth. He collected crystals (money & ring) for that purpose. He was famous on the vampire settlement as a talented genius Vampire, 13th family's heir and harmless young troublemaker. Because of his noble status, Fex was "pampered" and "swoon" by other vampire pool members in society and at vampire school. Fex After coming to Earth, Fex was mistaken to be a normal human boy who managed to avoid the military draft. He was then drafted and taken to military base no. 2. At the military base, Fex befriended Quinn and the others. He knows that Quinn is a vampire (because vampires can recognize each other immediately through smell) and the turner of Peter. Fex thought that Quinn was a normal vampire, and according to vampire's law, if a non-leader vampire turns someone, both him or her and the illegal (the person who was turned) will be put to death. At first, he intended to rat Quinn out when the people from his family came for him, but then they became blood brothers (through Quinn saving him), so he could not rat Quinn out. Through his time spent with Quinn, Fex realized Quinn will be someone who will change the vampire world. At the inter-military base tournament, Fex met his sister, Silver, again. Unfortunately, Silver came to know about Quinn and Peter. Because of his brotherhood with Quinn, he could not let his sister take Quinn away. So Fex made up a plan with the others, deceiving both Quinn and Silver, letting him bring Peter (disguised as Quinn and drink Quinn's blood to smell like Quinn, while he told Silver that he had killed Peter) back to the Dark Planet with Silver. However, Fex's trick cannot passed the Vampire Council. He confessed helping Quinn and was sentenced to death. He was imprisoned, waiting for his execution day, which will be the day he came to this world (i.e. his August birthday). during his 17th Birthday, he was to be excecuted for breaking vampire rules, but was later saved by Quinn, and his
