Description

Tobi Toppy is the son of a vampire Viscount, at first he caused some trouble with Minny and Abby, even got his parents involved. After Toby’s father’s failed attempt to ruin the Talens, his mother Sonia came up with a plan to mess with Minny which involved Toby getting closer with Minny. However by doing that, he became good friends with Minny Talen and developed some romantic feelings towards her. After Quinn defeated Rex Immortui, like many other vampires, Tobi turned into a Human, causing him to loose his Ability - Blood Needles.
