First mentioned in chapter 1919, Troubled Madness is the Vice Guild Leader of East Crow. He has proven his abilities as an Elementalist, ranking as one of the top few Elementalist in Forest City.

Troubled Madness is introduced as a righteous looking man, who was wearing aqua-blue mage robes and was wielding a staff embedded with three resplendent gemstones.
