"Right, you cannot interfere." Nux nodded, and the Seer just smiled. "What other Primordial Energies are there again?" Nux questioned. Of course, he knew he wouldn't be getting an answer. He just needed someone who could listen to him and maybe try to get an answer from her expression. "I already have the Primordial Energy of Creation, Death, Space, Destruction, and Life. So how many are left?" Nux asked, and once again, the Seer just smiled, not saying anything. "Time?" Nux questioned. "You do realize that I know what you are trying to do, don't you?" The Seer questioned with a playful smile. "Come on, give me something." "The number of times I can help you is limited. I do not want to waste it on something you already know." "…so what you are saying is that the answer I have in my mind is correct?" "I just know you have seen Life Form more than once. So you should know the answer to that question." The woman answered, and Nux instantly remembered the vision he saw every time he devoured a world. A world created out of nothing but a combination of different Primordial Energies, out of which he recognized a few of them. The Forces of Creation, Death, Space, Destruction, and Life—the energies he had comprehended, he could understand. As for the energies he hadn't… They were just… there. Playing their role from its birth to destruction. Nux remembered how these energies got stronger during a particular 'phase' of the world. Like the Energy of Destruction and Death getting stronger during wars or natural calamities. The Energy of Life, when the world was being populated, a peaceful era. The Energy of Creation when the world was being created. And the Energy of Space, to keep everything together. All the energies acted like they were meant to, just like the other unknown energies that Nux failed to recognize. An energy that was interwoven together with the Energy of Space all the time. Energy that slightly strengthened during the day and the peaceful era. Energy that strengthened during the night or when the times were grim. Another energy that weakened every time the previous two energies got too strong, and the complete opposite of this energy—an energy that strengthened every time one of those two energies was strengthened, no matter which. Obviously, Nux had a rough guess as to what these unknown energies were. The energy interwoven with the Energy of Space was Time. The energy that strengthened during the day and peace was Light. The energy of grim times was Darkness. The energy that balanced these two was Balance. And the energy opposite to it was… Chaos. Nux knew that… just that… He wasn't sure about it. But if the Seer was now telling him that he already knew the answer, it meant that what he was thinking was correct. The other five energies that he needed to create an independent Universe. "I know where I would get Light, Darkness, and Balance." Nux muttered. The Seer, however, shook her head, her tone strict. "Did you forget what I told you? You are not strong enough to go near the Supreme Worlds. You go near them, and things will go wrong. You cannot make a mistake here. You do not have Azriel protecting you any longer." "I thought you weren't going to help me." "I am only telling you what you already know. I am helping you think, something I shouldn't be doing considering your mind is far more capable than most." "But I do not know anything about Time and Chaos. I thought comprehending Vulpiana's Law would give me an insight into Time, but that didn't happen. Even her Law was too weak. The only other person I can think of is..." Nux turned silent, looking at the Seer. Obviously, both of them knew what he was talking about. "What about the last one?" The Seer questioned. It was a clear attempt to change the topic, and Nux understood that. He stared at the woman for a while, thinking. He wasn't angry or frustrated. Honestly, the Seer had helped him more than enough. Just solving Yrniel's trouble was quite a lot. The woman, using her powers, protected Yrniel from any threats whatsoever. She also gave a new life to his imprisoned father-in-law. She had done more than enough. Nux… Nux trusted her. Even if his instincts told him otherwise. "I apologize." Honestly, even Nux realized he was relying on her a little too much. Even if she hadn't appeared, he would need to comprehend other Primordial Energies on his own, without her help. He shouldn't be asking her, and the Seer was trying to prevent that as well. He couldn't cut his journey short, else… the Seer wouldn't see the Nux she wished to see. "I apologize." Nux spoke up. The Seer smiled at him. "Why apologize?" She questioned. Nux stared at her with a deadpan look on his face. Soon, however, he realized what she was trying to do. "Alright, a normal conversation." He nodded to himself and then, "I apologize for doubting you. You helped me, and I was doubting you the entire time. I was even trying to come up with ways to get rid of you." "How cruel~" The Seer chuckled, and Nux just bowed his head. "Did you come up with something?" "I didn't." Nux laughed as he scratched the back of his head. The Seer chuckled together with him. "I didn't think you would admit it." "You didn't?" Nux raised his eyebrows. "Well, considering how arrogant you are, any normal person would not think that." "Hey, I am not that arrogant." "…" The silence was deafening. Nux couldn't see the woman's eyes, but he could feel it. Her stare, her looking right into his eyes, telling him to self-reflect… And for some reason, her reaction affected him. "A-Alright, I might be a little arrogant." He admitted his defeat.
