Rem is a female Merfolk leader residing in the underwater city of Zhen located on the Jiera continent. She serves as a guide for Lith, Tista, and Phloria during their recon mission to the Lost City of Kolga. Rem is responsible for preparing their disguises and teaching them how to navigate underwater. She is a dedicated leader who maintains the customs and history of her people. After the mission is successful, she helps facilitate the memorial ceremony for her comrade, Khalia.

Rem is pragmatic, professional, and deeply connected to Merfolk traditions. She is blunt regarding human misconceptions about her species, dismissing romantic myths as ridiculous. Backstory
Rem first encountered Lith, Tista, and Phloria upon their arrival in Reghia. Initially suspicious of Lith being human, her group eventually acted as guides for the trio's mission to the Lost City of Kolga. She provided the group with captured Kolgan disguises and briefed them on the city's internal workings. During the mission planning, she acted as a mentor, teaching the team underwater movement techniques. Following the infiltration of Kolga, she participated in the mourning process for Khalia, who was sacrificed during the operation.
