The Princess fleeing the city was among the possibilities Thirteen had thought of, so he already had a contingency plan prepared for it. The teenage boy had scarier minions that far surpassed the number of high-level combatants on the Princess' side, making her struggle futile. Princess Aracelle ordered as four pairs of peacock-like wings unfurled behind her back. She jumped high up in the air and flapped her wings to gain altitude as fast as possible to evade the danger underground. The five Rank 7 Sovereigns were quick to follow her order and rose up in the sky as well. The rest of her forces did the same, but some weren't as fast as her. At that moment, a massive Hellfire Bal-Boa emerged from the ground, sending lava bursting up like a volcanic eruption. Several of the monsters that followed the Princess failed to evade the wide-spread attack, making them fall helplessly to the lava, followed by screams of fear. Rocky had no time for them and unleashed a breath attack that illuminated the night sky in a crimson color. "A Rank 8 Sovereign?!" Princess Aracelle gasped in shock because the creature that appeared was stronger than her bodyguards. Even Prince Xylen and Izzakar, who were paying close attention to the battle, frowned after seeing a powerful monster that far surpassed any of the Jinns that they brought over when they crossed to Pangea. "Fortunately, we didn't attack Zion back then," Prince Xylen said in relief. "Otherwise, we would have become barbecued insects." "Your Highnezz, I'm a Naga," Rezzkarin commented. "Hush! It doesn't matter if you are a naga, a mermaid, or an insect," Prince Xylen replied. Before the Princess could give orders after recovering from the shock of encountering such a powerful monster, she felt a faint buzzing sound around her, and a voice filled with pity reached her ears. "Even if you are from House Pavareth, consider yourself unlucky for being targeted by that little devil," Zed said before knocking out the Princess with a single strike. "Princess!" "Damn you! Release her at once!" "Sh*t! It's a Roc! These bastards are one of the enemies of House Pavareth!" "Surround him! Don't let him escape!" "Bring her back, you Mongrel!" The five Rank 7 Sovereigns tried to encircle Zed, but the latter only sneered before flying straight toward Rocky, who had raised its body like a giant flaming serpent, ready to strike. This pose intimidated the Princess' bodyguards, making them stop pursuing the Roc, who had captured their princess. Without even an ounce of mercy and gentleness in his bones, Zed casually tossed Princess Aracelle inside Rocky's mouth, making everyone gasp in shock. "You bastard!" one of the Rank 7 Peacock Sovereigns screamed. "What have you done?!" "You don't have to worry about her," Zed replied. "Because all of you are next." Zed sneered before flying full speed at the Peacock Sovereign and punched his chest, making the latter stagger in the air. In terms of rank, speed, and power, Zed far outclassed them, making them easy targets for him. But as strong as he might be, he was clearly outnumbered. So, Zed did what he needed to do and unleashed a flurry of blows at the Peacock Sovereign before kicking him in Rocky's direction. Rocky didn't hesitate to swallow the Rank 7 Sovereign, who immediately crashed inside its Mobile Fortress. Once inside, the Peacock was surprised to see itself in what seemed to be a beautiful paradise. Unfortunately, two Rank 8 Sovereigns, namely Khan, the Grievefoot, and Lord Zorcan, the Goblin Emperor, grabbed his shoulder and tossed him to a portal that led to the Domain of the Apocalypse. Harahon, who was a Rank 7 Sovereign, looked at the newcomer with a devilish smile on his face. "First time?" Harahon asked, making the beaten and bruised Rank 7 Monster visibly despair. Why did it feel despair? It was because it found itself staring face to face with a certain Death Bat, who was more than happy to bully someone weaker than him. However, before the peacock could even reply, another one of its comrades crashed on the spot beside him, looking worse than the first peacock that had been thrown into the Domain of the Apocalypse. Half a minute later, another peacock appeared, followed by two more in rapid succession. Now, all of Princess Aracelle's bodyguards were under Thirteen's custody, making her faction lose its High-Ranking fighters. With all of them gone, the rest of her forces dispersed in different directions out of fear, and helplessness.
