Chapter 525 - Walking Down The AisleFLASHBACK...𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢 (Jasmine crying in YingPei's arms after he shut the door to her parents' car) Daiyu, DanDan and Chang Chang saw this happen. Daiyu decided to go over and take Jasmine from YingPei. "Are you not afraid of going to meet him?" Chang Chang asked with raised brows. She meant that YingPei was the brother to the Cold CEO and it would need some nerves to walk up to him and ask to take Jasmine away. "Is he not a human being like me, why would I be scared to go over?" Daiyu asked with a frown. To her, going to ask YingPei for Jasmine was not a big deal. If the little bun wasn't crying, she wouldn't have bothered. "Aiyo! I forgot that you are not afraid of anybody." DanDan said and she and Chang Chang watched her go over to YingPei to take Jasmine from him. When Daiyu came over to YingPei's side, she smiled and said, "She is crying a lot, can you give her to me?" YingPei glanced at the crying girl in his arms before looking at Daiyu to ask, "Are you sure about that?" "I'm her godmother and she is a little familiar with me, there is no harm in trying." Daiyu replied with a smile. Since there was no harm in trying, YingPei handed the little bun to her, who immediately agreed to go with her. Some minutes later, Daiyu and DanDan were in the backseat of a car playing with Jasmine, while Chang Chang sat in the front side of the car with the driver. "Can you at least let me touch her fingers?" This was Chang Chang's 5th time begging Daiyu to let her touch Jasmine. "No way!" Daiyu refused. Chang Chang felt frustrated and asked with a big frown, "How long will you continue to be stingy? Until we get to the church or the wedding reception?" Daiyu shrugged her shoulders before putting her full attention on the little bun that was playing with her bouquet. A while later, they all arrived at the church. Because it was a few minutes to service time, there was no delay with the Fu family members entering the church building. Because of the kind of wedding they wanted, not many people were invited to the church, but the rest of the extended Fu family members were present. And just at Jia Li's request, some of the Huang family members were present. When the wedding song started playing and it was time for Jia Li to make her way in, the eldest son of the Huang family came to her side and linked arms with her. "It is my honor to walk you down the aisle." He said with a smile. Jia Li smiled at him and although he couldn't see her facial expression, he could see her expression that she was more than happy for this. When the instrumentalists started to play the song, 'Here comes the bride, here comes the bride' Jia Li and her maternal uncle walked down the aisle in slow steps until they made it to the altar where Fu Hua was waiting for her. When her uncle handed her over to Fu Hua, Jia Li blushed and refused to make eye contact with Fu Hua, who couldn't hide his happiness. After preaching to them, the priests let them exchange their wedding rings and say their vows to each other. Both Jia Li and Fu Hua prepared personal vows for each other and said it out there without the help of a book. There was no need to write anything down, as their vows were well stored in their head. When the priest said, 'I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may now kiss your bride' there were claps and cheers from everyone. Fu Hua took the veil off Jia Li's face and a big smile appeared on his face. He mouthed, 'You are beautiful' while holding her shoulders before he leaned in to kiss her lips softly. The kiss lasted 10 seconds before Fu Hua let her lips go and embraced her in a hug, while the photographers snapped away. There was a beautiful smile on Jia Li's face as she hugged him back. Grandfather and every other person had smiles on their faces as they clapped their hands with their gazes on the couple hugging each other on stage. When Jia Li and Fu Hua came out of the church building, they took pictures with everybody present. The jealous little bun who had been watching her parents be together for a while now felt that it was time to be the center of attention, so she immediately kicked up a fuss in FangSu's arms and asked for her father to carry her. Jia Li smiled at her cute little daughter. The little girl really held out for a while and now that she was asking to be carried, she had no problems with it. From the Church, Jia Li, Fu Hua and the little bun were driven to a hotel reserved for them. Their wedding reception was in 2-3 hours, so they had enough time to rest and change into another outfit. Thankfully, Jasmine fell asleep soon after they got to their hotel room. So Jia Li and Fu Hua had time to be alone. "Let me help you take off your dress." Fu Hua said with a smile. Jia Li didn't trust him, so she said, "We still have a wedding reception and an hour later, the make-up artist will come to fix my makeup. You can't play jokes here." Fu Hua immediately said to her, "What are you thinking about? I just want to help you or do you prefer to call any of the servants outside to help you?" "I believe that you are a gentleman that will keep to your words." Jia Li said before turning her back towards him, so he could help her to unzip her dress. Fu Hua chuckled softly before helping her to take off her dress.. He kept to his promise to not touch her but his eyes followed her body till she got dressed in a set of comfy clothes.
