The Witness held an impassive gaze as he revealed a singular screen of variation—a singular screen of possibility. "Out there, across the endless threads of reality, there are countless possibilities and parallel weavings of existence. And yet for you… your possibilities seem to be dragged in and contained within a single weaving of existence. Why is that?" …! The Witness asked that question. Out there, across the parallel weavings of existence—across the Frequencies of Existence—one might find different versions of Barbatos, Adelaide, Athena… even Echoes of Existence for the Infiniverse Megalos and Ruination. Reflections of what they could be, based on their current weavings of complexity. But they wouldn't be able to find Noah. And as the question settled like thunder in the silence, Noah's eyes flashed with sharp brilliance, his words slicing through the moment like a tyrannical blade. "Should the Witness not be the one to tell me why and explain these mysteries? You stand at the very core of the Wheel of Existence. The things you see and know should be innumerable, right? So tell me—what theories do you have? What possibilities can I ponder myself?" He asked with a cold gaze and the old man in the blindfold simply… shook his head. "I do not know." HUUM! "The Wheel of Existence does not know." WAA! "You rose and entered the flow of the Wheel in a way that forced even the Wheel to look at you, recognize you…to accept you. I believe you were always there. You were born of its weavings…and yet somehow, your possibilities and variations were nowhere to be found. I do not know. And neither does the Wheel. There was a time I worked very, very hard to Witness where those possibilities might have been as you began to encompass a dense flow of Existence…" …! As he spoke, the old man with the golden blindfold waved his hand—and three of the once-empty screens filled with life. They showed...Noah on his Blue Planet. One screen showed him living peacefully with his mother and father. A harmonious, happy family. It showed him growing up… becoming a doctor. No apocalypse. No Beasts or Demons. Another screen showed him burying his parents while still very young. The weight of loss forging him into a tyrant—an underground boss who lived for control. A third screen revealed him with a family of his own. A woman with golden hair. A pet eagle. Three children gathered around a dining table—laughing, eating, living. The Witness displayed these as he slowly shook his head. "The amount of weavings required just to pull up these three… could birth a thousand Frequencies." …! "And these possibilities… they only existed before you ever touched Mana. After that, not even the Wheel could find a single Echo of your Existence. Even those of immense power leave variants—trails of Echoes. Look around you. They all do. But you… don't. Are you…" Now the old man hesitated, as if unsure how to ask the question that weighed down his chest. Noah remained still. And after a pause that echoed across Existence, the question finally fell. "Are you… alive?" BOOM! The Witness, who stood at the core of the Wheel of Existence, was asking Noah… if he was alive. BZZZT! The figure of the Infiniverse Megalos Body turned cold at the question. A terrifying complexity radiated from her, pressing down on The Witness like a storm. Her energy whispered one simple thing- How dare you?! And still, The Witness bore it, shaking his head slowly. "Don't misunderstand me. It's a genuine question. Look at the Living… and the Dead. The Dead have fewer possibilities—just faint Echoes. But before they were dead, they brimmed with potential. Because all Dead Things… were once alive. All broken Wheels of Existence… were once whole. Do you know why they died? Do you know the true nature of the Wheels of Existence?" The true nature of the Wheels of Existence. Noah's mind buzzed with the weight of it, his thoughts vibrating as he answered coldly. "Then enlighten me." The old man smiled. His golden blindfold flickered as he waved his hand once more- causing the countless screens to vanish, replacing them with what had always surrounded them- the endless white-gold sea and the shattered Remnants of the Wheel. The Spokes. The Traces. The Pieces. And far away… the distant white-gold Wheel, only a single section of it visible. The Witness extended a hand to all of it, speaking with a voice carved from utter majesty. "For there to be remnants… something must have broken. For there to be shattered pieces of the Wheel of Existence… the Wheel itself must have fractured." WAA! The Wheel of Existence had to be shattered… for Traces and Pieces to drift across Frequencies. Noah's weavings pulsed. His very distinction as the Weaver of Existence whispered that these words… were truth. And yet… He turned his head to stare at the distant white-gold Wheel, still so pristine. Still so whole. And the blindfold on The Witness shimmered as he spoke again—serene and powerful. "Shall I show you… the first breaking of the Wheel?" HUUM! As those words rang out, a colossal screen of brilliance bloomed behind him—stretching the length of an entire Omniverse. Lesser minds would have shattered just trying to comprehend it. But for Noah… and the Infiniverse Megalos… It was but a glance. A glance that held everything. And on that screen—spanning stars and systems and the spaces between… He saw... A radiant, verdant Wheel of Existence. Unfathomably vast. Floating serenely in an endless emerald sea. Its colossal spokes blazed with quintillions of ancient runes, and towering waves of complexity rippled around it—each surge humming with dense concentrations of impossibly pure existence. It pulsed. With life. With serenity. With transcendence. With power that defied all reason. A Green Wheel of Existence. And The Witness simply said... "This… was the first breaking of the Wheel."
