Chapter 2438 The Treasure Rooms I Step! 𝚏𝕣𝕖𝚎𝚠𝚎𝚋𝚗𝐨𝐯𝕖𝕝.𝕔𝐨𝕞 I stepped through the gate and found myself in the same hall I had seen through Nero's eyes. I looked around before walking toward the three doors. There are few things worthy of taking from this broken hall, but like the Grimms, I do not have the time. I have to find those things before the Grimms do, as I could not just wait here for them to come outside and kill them; I do not have such strength. The Bullman is extremely powerful; even with the increase in strength, it would be better if I did not come against it. I appeared beside the three doors; I could not open the left door and the middle door; both of them are complete and thus require a key. The door on the right one also needs a key, but the formation on it is also visible; as long as I solve the formation, I will be able to enter through it. Thankfully, I have already solved the formation; I had copied it through Nero's eyes, and it did not take me long to solve the runic formation. Click! More than half of them are broken and empty, but there are still some runes on which I could see the resources that had survived even after thousands of years. I controlled my greed and closed my eyes; I was now looking at a 3d map my avatar had created from the visual we were getting from Ashlyn, and now another model appeared; it was what I was seeing. I am now sure that both places are connected, which is good news and bad news. Good news because I will be vying for the same resources as the Grimms and even able to get to the resources they need before they do, and the bad news is that it might place me in direct conflict with them. If I saw them, I would run away as fighting is not a solution. I looked around with my eyes shining like the bulbs; I did not immediately go for the first treasure I saw; instead, I first looked for the five things that Grimms were searching for, but unfortunately, I did not find them. So, I begin my second objective, finding the most precious things. Everything is precious here despite their receded grades, but some are more precious than others. I will take the things based on my needs, not on their value. Even with the receded grades, things here are still precious; nearly everything here at Grandmaster class, some things are even above that. I wish I look the whole place, but I do not have that much time. So, I will have to prioritize, and I will begin with the things I need. It did not matter whether they were precious or not. As long as they are useful to my progress and cannot be found in the world, I will take them. It took me a few seconds to prioritize the things I wanted from the rooms, and I have already made a list. The first on the list are bone glow rubies. Bone glow rubies are an extremely precious resource for strengthening; they specialize in strengthening bones. From what I have read, using them is quite painful, but I will bear the pain as long as it gives me the strength that I need. I quickly appeared beside the room and began to scan the formation; soon, it appeared from the avatar, and soon, it began to work on breaking. I did not stay beside the room and walked toward another room which was a hundred some meters away, which had a pile of bluestone. They are sea swallowing stones, an extremely rare resource; I need them to strengthen the swallowing property of my constitution. I took out the calibrator and scanned the formation before beginning to solve it. As I reached the peak of leader class, I saw my soul power increase so much that now, both my avatar and body could perform the complicated task independently. Though, I will merge into an avatar if I seep all my consciousness into the core. It would have been amazing; my consciousness and I could act separately in my core; I would have been able to do twice the work thrice time. Now, if I want to work separate from my avatar, I will have to be out. Though even working separately, I am constantly aware of everything my avatar is doing and what it is learning; I am learning simultaneously. Still, the days aren't long when I will be able to work with my avatar in my core; in the next level up, I will have enough soul energy to keep myself and my avatar separate in my core, and I have been developing a complex formation for that. If it had worked as I had expected it to be, then the things I would be able to accomplish through it would be simply unimaginable. The formation of the room is pretty powerful, but I was able to crack it in two hours and three minutes. Forty-one minutes in outside time.
