"Grandmaster, why did you bring me out?" asked Lady Yui in blazing anger; I ignored it and looked and magnified the problem I had found a second ago. The energies are simply a corruption, a very well hidden corruption which, if I had been looking high and low for, I wouldn't have been able to find out, and now the question is what this corruption would do because till now, it is lying dormant without doing anything. "Ahhh…" I just thought that when suddenly, the hidden corruption began to burn, and Lady Yui let out a primal scream as she fell down on her knees, while her bloodline burned by the corruption that sneakily piled inside it in a huge amount. Buzz Buzz Buzz It took me a moment to realize what was happening, and some of the formations I had already prepared lit up inside me and sent the energies into the Lady Yui, where the formations I had laid out inside her activated and began to send the energies into her bloodline. Since I had sensed the danger, I have prepared to deal with it; I have laid out the elaborate formation inside her and also brought out hundreds of formations, which I used to deal with the bloodline, seven of which I have activated seeing what is happening inside her. It could be said that Lady Yui is very lucky that I am here, and also, her corruption is simple; it is powerful, but it is simple. It is not trying to infect her bloodline or dormant and spread; it just wants to burn it and is willing to use all its energy. It is burning the bloodline while I am supplying the bloodline with a huge amount of energy to resist this burning. I really couldn't help but pity her bloodline; it had been not long ago, it had suffered a disaster, and now it is suffering another. I just hope her bloodline did not go into deep sleep due to it, which would truly be a disaster for her. While it is important to continue to whet the bloodline and continue testing it so it would harness even more power from the source, sometimes, this approach bites one in the ass, and instead of increasing its potential and making it harness more power from it, it will put in a deep sleep. The bloodline also has the essence, and while its energies could be burned or damaged, the essence should be kept safe, or it becomes quite hard for the bloodline to react. This corruption is powerful enough to burn the essence of a bloodline that it may never be able to recover. Though, I am trying my all not to let that happen. Lady Yui is a very important powerhouse, and we need such powerhouses at the optimum conditions now that thing is coming out. Minutes passed, Lady Yui's raw screams continued, and I did not have the heart to shut her up forcefully. So, I heard the screams while I healed her. The screams also helped Rhea break through the compulsion of her bloodline; her emotions are a lot calmer now that I have released the restrictions on her, and despite that, she did not move toward the pool. Though, I have felt her casting a glance at it now and then. Lady Yui's screams lasted for eleven minutes before they finally stopped; the corruption was still there, and it would take me some time before it completely burned to ashes. I am not doing anything directly related to corruption; while it is simple, it is powerful and made of energies that I have no experience dealing with. So, I use the two-pronged approach in dealing with it; one is pouring energies, it will burn them instead of the bloodline, and the other is pouring strengthening energies into the bloodline to strengthen it against the power of corruption. It is tried and tested approach which has always worked, and this time too, it is working. Another twenty minutes passed when finally, the corruption was completely spent, and lady Yui slumped on the ground and closed her eyes. I did not say anything and investigated even further, looking for any more hidden corruption, though I did not see any. "Thank you, Grandmaster; you have once again saved my life," said Lady Yui after she opened her eyes nearly fifteen minutes later. "It is the least I could do," I said before turning to Rhea. "Do you want to enter now?" I asked; my question caught both of them off guard. "Are you sure, after what had happened with Lady Yui?" she asked, looking at Lady Yui, who had the same question in her eyes. I smiled at her question. "The pool is dangerous without a doubt; there is intense corruption that, when it burns, will make you suffer the greatest pain of your life and will also burn the bloodline essence, if not careful, but it is without question, this thing is very useful to people like you with the bloodline," I replied. I was able to stop the corruption from burning her bloodline essence, or much of her bloodline means Lady Yui was able to keep most of the benefits she had gotten from the pool; she is now just a hair's breadth away from reaching the absolute peak of her level. That is not even the greatest benefit she received; with all the danger she had faced, her bloodline had energized and was brimming with potential. As long as she does not take any more of the risk that is dangerous to her bloodline, she will not experience the spurt in her bloodline; it could be said that now, the chances of her creating the core have become even greater. "Ok, I will go," said Rhea after nearly a minute of thinking, "Ok, let me make some preparations," I said and began to make some changes, which took me a few minutes. "You can go now," I said, and like Lady Yui, she had jumped into the pool before the words had fully come out of my mouth. Just as her feet touched the crystal on the base, the energies of the crystal rushed into her bloodline, and this time, I knew what I was looking for and immediately spotted the bloodline and released my own energies into the torrent that was mixing with the bloodline. The things here are slightly different when compared to lady Yui, some even surprised me, and the thing that surprised me the most is the amount of energy the crystal is pouring inside Rhea. It is more than what it had poured into Lady Yui, and like her, the amount increases with the passing time. The reason for that is simple, Rhea possesses a bloodline core; thus, her capacity is more despite being lower level and possesses much greater potential than Lady Yui. In just a few seconds, a dense diamond light began to shine blazed across the body of Rhea, and her bloodline projection appeared. I am one of the people who knows what kind of bloodline she has and looking at the expression of Lady Yui, she seemed to know about it as well.
