Soon, Carter stopped in front of them, with power blazing out of him. He had made a breakthrough. Reaching the Peak of Prime. "Primes, Taurus City isn't an ant that you can trample. You have disrespected our great organization and its people. For that, you will pay," he said, and before they could reply, he attacked. 'His comprehension has deepened as well,' I thought.
