Berg Sunshield

Due to Berg's family, he had quite the reputation of being an original at military base 2. However despite being a level 8 original, he was considered more on the weaker end of strength when it came to his family, needing to practice and discover how to use it more properly. During the planet Caladi expedition, he was with his teammates, when Vorden had 'accidentally' crashed into him. Berg helped him up, allowing Vorden to copy his ability. Layla ran over to apologize, and Berg was quite understanding. Lippy, his teammate, wondered why Berg didn't burn Vorden for crashing into him, which Berg replied saying that he saw Vorden's watch (which listed a level 8 at the time), and didn't want to get into any trouble fighting against someone of the same strength as him. Because of this, Berg decided to keep a closer eye on Vorden's group. Later on, Berg would see Vorden killing wingedlizards using the fire ability, making him assume that Vorden was someone from outside of his family who wasn't meant to know how to use the fire ability, and that he needed to get rid of him before anyone else knew or found out. Berg would throw the first fireball, causing him and Vorden to engage in a fight, ultimately with Sil coming out, and displaying a more skilled usage of the flame ability. Realizing that he had come from the Blade family, Berg had yielded, and gave Vorden, Erin, and Layla his team's wingedlizard crystals in an effort to quell any bad blood.
