Kazz Cain

Although innocent she was in fact quite smart and at times maniacal. She does not have a healthy relationship with her father and strives to uphold vampire law to impress him, even if she goes too far. Paul eventually becomes a new father figure who teachers her how to be a better person.

Kazz is said to be a sweet looking Angel. She had her head slightly tilted and a cute smile on her face, which showed two dimples on her cheeks. Her hair was black in colour like most vampires, but she had them tied up into two little buns that looked like little bear ears. Kazz's face is delicate, and her hair that was placed in two buns makes her appearance seem a bit childish. She also has long legs which she primarily uses for fighting.

Although Kazz seems very sweet in the beginning with her acting and looking young, she isn't as sweet internally. Despite her appearance, she is old and is around the same age as Silver according to Fex. Kazz is all about rules and she thinks it's important that they must follow them always. At first Quinn is cautious of her after she killed the military men that attended their ship just because they're humans that could've possibly found out about the vampire secret. Then, she tries to kill Linda, because she had seen them use their vampire powers. Quinn turns Linda to save her, but Kazz tells him that it's not possible for him to save everyone, to which he agrees with and says that he just needs to save the ones he can. Kazz grows close to Paul who lets her see that not everything is black and white. Paul tells Quinn that sometimes someones actions is due to their upbringing. After that, Quinn is more understanding of Kazz. After her father becomes the vampire king, Kazz becomes the leader of the first family. This is temporary until her younger brother is old enough for the position. Although vampire knights can't become a family leader, they made an exception for Kazz. She meets her end in the fight against Laxmus when Paul attempts to save her (sacrificing himself), which turns out to be futile as Laxmus's power is too strong.
