Marakyum

Marakyum looks like a middle-aged man in his 30's and had foreign features. He has a tall and lean-muscular build. His right eye was blue and the other black but is covered by the mask he wears at all times with long white hair.

It was presumed that he is the third strongest in the Heavenly Demon Divine Cult after the Lord and the 1st Elder from Dark Clan, Mu Jinwon, but his actual level is comparable to that of the Five Strongest Warriors in Murim due to being an Enlightened Grandmaster. It is implied that he beat Mu Jinwon, as Anonymous, just like he did with Yeon Mu Hwa and Kyung Bon Gi to get them to come to Five Wise Peak. In addition, Mu Jinwon's ultimate technique proved no match for the 6th formation of the Extreme Art of the Blade God that Cheon Yeo Woon unleashed, a technique inferior to the 4th formation of the Sword Force of the Heavenly Demon which Marakyum use. He could even be more powerful than the Lord Cheon Yu-Jong due to his mastery of the Twenty Four Demon Sword Art and the incomplete (but still powerful) Sword Force of the Heavenly Demon. Cheon Yeo Woon, even with nano healing him multiple times during their fight, had to use both legendary sword/blade skills (Extreme Art of the Blade God and Sword Force of the Heavenly Demon) and most of his internal energy to defeat Marakyum. Marakyum was the great guardian and very close to the 22nd Lord, Cheon Inji. He was known to be a guardian for 3 generations, from the 22nd Lord to the 24th Lord Cheon Yeo Woon. Marakyum is at the back of the Lord during the opening of the Demonic Academy and serve as a spokesperson to silence the crowd for the Lord's speech. After that, he guides the Lord walked off the stage. On the morning of the third test, he was at the office of Director at the Demonic Academy to inform the latter about the sudden change of the test's mechanics.
