Moroi

Moroi is a tall, middle-aged shinobi with long, light-brown hair which flicks off to the left side of his face and a bristling moustache which curves upwards at the ends. He also has a large overbite with his top, central incisors being more prominent than the rest of his teeth. He wears the standard Kumogakure shinobi outfit along with a red cape which has a white ruffle in the middle.
