Tsuzumi Sarugaku

Tsuzumi has spiky brown hair and small black eyes. He wears the standard Konoha shinobi outfit complete with flak jacket and forehead protector.

Not much is known about Tsuzumi's past. The anime revealed that he entered the Academy at the same time as Kakashi Hatake and others.
