Unmo Samidare

Unmo was a man with round eyes and dark markings around his eyes (in the anime, they were more like wide, snake-like eyes). He wears the standard attire of the Kirigakure shinobi inclusive of the village's standard flak jacket and forehead protector which he wore like a bandanna.

Unmo was known for his animosity against Konohagakure, and therefore, Root deemed him a potential threat to the village. As such, Sai was dispatched to assassinate Unmo.
