Kim Namwoon (999th round)

He balances violent, impulsive tendencies with a surprising sense of justice and empathy. He desperately seeks validation, particularly from Lee Jihye, aiming to prove he is capable of filling Yoo Joonghyuk's shoes. His history of self-harm and his obsession with his past failures indicate a fragile internal state. He is capable of comforting others in distress and maintains complex, protective bonds with his fellow 999th-round survivors.

He is characterized by a jet-black aura and long white hair, which is later shortened during his encounter with Kim Dokja. He consistently wears bandages on one of his arms to conceal self-harm scars. After defeating Asmodeus, he wears an eye patch taken from the Demon King's Incarnation Body.

Originally a second-year student at Chungil High School, this version of Kim Namwoon survived until the Final Scenario of the 999th round. Following the death of the 999th turn's Yoo Joonghyuk, for which he holds himself responsible, he failed to find closure and ascended into an Outer God. He is fated to wander the worldlines alongside the Secretive Plotter and his companions. During the Great Apocalypse scenario, he was summoned by Asmodeus but killed him instead, demonstrating his hatred for Demon Kings and those who abuse others' bodies.
