Uriel possesses a dual nature, balancing innocence and enthusiasm with terrifying, merciless destruction. While she is an archangel who despises evil, she is fiercely loyal to her loved ones, displaying hostility toward anyone who threatens them. She is often excitable and bashful, particularly regarding 'comradeship' or her admiration for Kim Dokja. Despite her title as a 'demon-like' judge, she can quickly transition between a friendly, upbeat demeanor and a serious, threatening presence when necessary.

Uriel is described as a petite, beautiful angel with long, wavy platinum hair worn in a half-up bun with a braid and a black ribbon. She has bright emerald green eyes, round in shape with thick eyelashes. Her wings are notably large, snow-white, and fluffy with an occasional golden hue. She typically wears a black, frilly, and lacy dress adorned with star-like shapes, featuring a golden belt, separate sleeves with star patterns, and matching black laced cuffs. She rarely wears shoes and is noted for having a pleasant scent.

Uriel was assigned by her superior, Metatron, to monitor Kim Dokja's actions throughout his journey. Over time, she became deeply attached to his story, eventually becoming his primary constellation supporter. She has faced punishment from Eden multiple times for interfering in mortal affairs to assist Kim Dokja, including being detained and banned from watching the Star Stream for three years. She also serves as the sponsor for Jung Heewon, providing guidance and occasionally taking control of Heewon's body during dire battles. Throughout the series, she navigates complex relationships with other constellations, such as her friendly rivalry with the Abyssal Black Flame Dragon and her close bond with Gabriel.
