Description
Yamata no Orochi, also known as the Sovereign of Eight Heads, is a mythical constellation based on the legendary monster from Japanese folklore. He acts as a primary antagonist during Main Scenario 6, where he sponsors an incarnation named Izumi Hiroki to enter Peace Land. Upon taking complete control of his host, Orochi transforms into a disaster-level threat capable of overpowering veteran members of Kim Dokja's party. He is known for his ruthless nature and his willingness to violate the scenario's probability, which nearly leads to the arrival of an Outer God. His reign of terror ultimately ends when he is decapitated by Kim Dokja during the climax of the Peace Land scenario.

Orochi is a malevolent and power-hungry entity, characterized by his disregard for the rules of the Star Stream. He is highly manipulative, using spirit contracts to slowly strip his incarnations of their autonomy in exchange for raw power. He is prone to excessive violence and displays a blatant disregard for probability constraints, prioritizing his own destructive goals over the stability of the scenarios he occupies.
In his true form, Orochi is a gargantuan crimson snake featuring eight distinct heads, reminiscent of green tree boas and vipers. When possessing his incarnation, Izumi Hiroki, his physical presence manifests as grey skin covered in black cracks, with his sclera turning a deep, menacing red.
In ancient mythology, Yamata no Orochi was a legendary monster eventually slain by the Snake Cutter. Within the original story of 'Three Ways to Survive in a Ruined World', he sponsored the character Yamamoto Hajime. In the current timeline, he forms a spirit contract with Izumi Hiroki, eventually consuming their consciousness to manifest fully in the mortal realm. During the 41st turn, he takes on the role of the World Serpent within the super giant battlefield of Ragnarok.
