First mentioned in chapter 2226, when the Zero Wing vs Starlink: 10,000 vs 10,000 battle was ongoing. Description Evil Blade is an apex expert of Starlink and the commander of the Battlescar Workshop. He is known to be a lunatic and was inhumanly strong when he rampaged in the Western Continent.
