During the first mock exam at White Griffon Academy, Belia was placed in a team with Lith, Visen, Milna, and Phloria. She initially spent time arguing with her teammates over the leadership position until the group was ambushed by magical beasts. During the encounter, she was captured by a monster named Sentar the Cron and had to be rescued by Lith, an event that left her deeply shaken. Lacking basic survival skills like cooking or potion management, she relied on Lith to lead the group to safety. Later in the exam, she contributed to the team's survival by fending off Termyn the Cingy while Visen prepared a defensive array.
