Eycos

Eycos is characterized by his intense loyalty to Vastor, whom he views as a father figure. He is fierce and willing to engage in dangerous combat against powerful entities like the Horseman of the Apocalypse to protect those connected to his creator. He expresses strong disdain for those who threaten his family, as evidenced by his confrontational stance against Night. Despite his combat-oriented nature, he is capable of forming bonds with his fellow hybrids and shares in their collective personal celebrations.

In his Garuda form, Eycos resembles a gigantic feathered humanoid. He possesses two sets of wings on his back, the head of a black eagle, and talons instead of feet.

Eycos was created as part of the Master's Chosen. During an attack by Night on Lith's home and the village of Lutia, Eycos and the other six Chosen intervened to protect Zinya and her family, seeking revenge for the harm caused to Vastor. Baba Yaga eventually intervened, punishing Night at the Chosen's insistence. Later, following the Master's transformation into the first artificial human-Abomination hybrid and Awakened Abomination, Xenagrosh distributed Vareen the Plaguespreader's legacy among the hybrids to further their magical studies. Eycos continues to support Vastor and the other hybrids, including celebrating and planning for Vastor's wedding.
