Syrook

Description

Syrook was a self-Awakened Black Dragon who sought to increase his power by colluding with Thrud Griffon. He acted as a false god to manipulate humans, turning Alman Quaron into his harbinger to initiate a rebellion in the Nestrar Region. His primary motivation was the acquisition of power, artifacts, and strengthening his bloodline through experimentation. He was ultimately killed by Lith after a confrontation in Zeska. Despite his power, he held deep contempt for human beings, viewing them as cattle. He reached the violet core through his own efforts without external guidance.

Personality

Syrook was arrogant, manipulative, and condescending, viewing all humans as 'bipedal cattle' rather than equals. He was cold and pragmatic, willing to experiment on others to strengthen his bloodline and treating those under his command as disposable assets on a 'leash.' He possessed a god complex, fueled by his status as a self-Awakened dragon and his belief in his own superiority over other races.

Appearance

In his human form, Syrook appeared as a man of exquisite beauty, standing 1.92 meters tall with delicate features and long, silky raven-black hair. His Dragon form was a massive 25-meter-tall creature covered in pitch-black scales, possessing a 12-meter-long tail and powerful wings capable of producing strong gales.

Backstory

Syrook spent centuries as a self-Awakened dragon, developing his breathing technique independently. He formed an alliance with the Mad Queen Thrud Griffon, using his influence to pose as a god in the Nestrar Region and stage a political coup through Alman Quaron. He facilitated the looting of city treasuries and armories to provide Thrud with materials for researching Royal Forgemastery. During the siege of Zeska, he attempted to secure his position as a deity by using his Nether Gate ability to raise an undead army. After failing to defeat Lith and Solus, he was killed, and his lair was subsequently looted by Thrud.
