Chapter 459 - Jasmine Being The Center Of Attention After returning from the strawberry garden, Grandfather Fu personally served the little bun some washed strawberry fruits. His heart felt gladdened while watching Jasmine eat the fruit. FangSu who had just come out from her bedroom heard her little niece was eating some fruits in the dining area, and immediately came to find her. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞 "Grandfather, why didn't you give me some fruits like you gave to Da Xia?." FangSu asked as she tried to pick a strawberry from Jasmine's plate, but the old man hit her hands away. "Do I still need to serve you now?." Grandfather Fu asked with a frown. If it wasn't his beloved great-granddaughter, then he wouldn't serve anybody. Jasmine looked up at her Aunty that almost stole her fruit. I think she remembered that FangSu was always getting new foods, snacks, and drinks for her to try, so she picked up a strawberry and passed it to her. A bright smile turned up on FangSu's lips as she took the strawberry from her. "Thank you, Da Xia!." The little bun went back to eating her fruits again and ignored everyone, and Grandfather Fu continued to clean the corner of her lips. After eating the fruit, FangSu just discovered that Jasmine did not call her by any name and just passed the fruit to her, so she asked the little bun, "Da Xia, what is my name?." "Name..." Jasmine said with a cute gaze on her. And she seems to not remember FangSu's name. "Don't tell me you have forgotten my name!." FangSu said in a raised brow. "Stop distracting Da Xia from eating. For her to give you the strawberry, that shows that she loves you, you should be glad." Grandfather Fu said to her. "Grandfather, love is not enough, she needs to know my name! How can I explain that my niece doesn't know my name?" FangSu complained. "You are asking for too much. Ask Lu to come over here, come with him as well." The old man instructed. "I'm going with them, I need to pick a dress for Da Xia to come to Old Liu's birthday party this evening. Ask for the bigger car to be ready for the event, and you are coming with me to the mall." Grandfather Fu actually went to the mall with his granddaughter and great-granddaughter. When FangSu learned of the birthday party the old man would be bringing the little bun, to, she cried to be brought along. "Grandfather, I need to come with you to look after Da Xia, you cannot look after her by yourself," FangSu said to him. Grandfather Fu was a little bit annoyed, but he agreed to let FangSu come with them. Old Mr. Liu was one of Grandfather Fu's close friends, so he canceled his schedule just to be there to celebrate with him. This was old Mr. Liu's 80th birthday party, so he invited a lot of friends from different dignitaries and the media was present as well. When Grandfather Fu's Rolls Royce made its entrance and stopped before the red carpet, All attention from the news reporters, turned to his car. The cameras continued flashing lights on the car even before the car door opened. Butler Lu was the first to step out of the car, and immediately, the 4 soldiers the old man usually brought with him when he went out for events like this, came out from another car and surrounded the back passenger car door he was to come out from. When the car door opened, the old man slowly stepped out of the car, and the lights from the cameras started flashing nonstop. "It's really old General Fu!." "OMG! General Fu is here!." While the commotion was ongoing, Grandfather Fu who was all smiles turned back to the car and lowered his body to the curiosity of the media and other guests present. I mean, the old man just stepped out of the car, but what was he trying to get from the car? Oh! It's the little bun! The old man was trying to help his great-granddaughter out of the car. Grandfather Fu carried Jasmine out from her car seat, and when her legs touched the ground, he immediately held onto her little hand. When Jasmine's little feet were seen, the media almost went crazy. "Oh my God! It's a child!." "Could this be the little Princess of the Fu Family?." FangSu who liked the media's attention didn't seem to be interested today, instead, she joined her grandfather and niece, amidst the attention that was given to her. Jasmine refused to move an inch when she saw the many lights flashing from different cameras and angles. The little bun stared curiously at those lights while thinking hard of what they were. Jasmine wore a light pink Princess dress and dark pink shoes with some precious stones on them.. As for her hair, it was parked in a bun with a cute pink hair ribbon The little bun looked so adorable tonight, and no one will be able to resist the temptation of not wanting to carry her home.
