Chapter 1740: Creation... Begins (1) Serathis stood beside Prime as she watched with awe at Rowan’s new creation, knowing that the Archais were their equal in many ways and even exceeded them in certain aspects. The Ouroboros took their humanoid golden form and also appeared beside Prime and Divus, speaking for the serpents nudged Prime at the side, causing him to grimace in irritation, but she did not seem to care as she asked, "Has he begun his ultimate creations?" Prime turned towards Divus in surprise, "You know about that?" Divus smiled and nodded, her eyes shining with a fervent glow that made Prime and Serathis swallow in mild disturbance. Her voice cut across the air filled with the fanaticism of worship, "Our Lord has looked at all of existence, and what he has seen of it makes him despair. He no longer looks upon the heavens for salvation; he now creates an ultimate realm that would withstand the corruption of all evils and stand as an eternal bastion against his Will." Serathis was shaken as she watched Rowan, understanding that after he killed a Primordial, something inside of Rowan had altered. It was not pride or arrogance; it was something else, much deeper and far more frightening. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢 The Rowan she knew was gone, and perhaps she should begin to call him Eos. It would seem that gaining the last portions of his soul had finally transformed their master into becoming his true self. He was a Reality, one that was far more special and greater than any that had come before. Serathis did not know how she knew this to be the truth, but something in her heart told her it was. Rowan... Eos has begun the process of creation. He had found his Destiny. ® Rowan gestured, and the Archai returned to its place beside the hundred. They were all imbued with his Intent, and so they understood that their tasks went beyond guarding and directing the rest of Rowan’s children, who would soon be awakening; they were the true vessel of his Will. Rowan spoke to them, his voice carrying countless subtle nuances and meanings that could never be transcribed in any mortal or immortal language. His speech was not just a thing of words, but a cascade of absolute concepts, imprinted directly into the core consciousness of each Archai. Rowan understood that the Archai might end up being the only class of his children that he could speak to in this manner. "You are the first of my children. I tore my heart into a hundred pieces to make each and every one of you, which makes you all the Inheritor of my Will. This status comes with great significance, which would undoubtedly lead to great sorrows and frustration ahead, despite all of the great powers you have acquired. I give you power greater than any of my children, but I am also offering a choice here in this moment. You can denounce your status as an Archai, knowing what is to come, and I shall let you leave my service, opening a path towards Limbo for you to find your destiny." Saying this, Rowan tore a hole through the Origin Land, directly into Limbo, and he allowed the Archai to feel the weight of his words and the burden he would have to carry in the future. Rowan had created a superior lifeform, the likes of which he had never come across before. The Archai were pieces of him, meaning that each of them had the potential to become entities that could equal a Primordial. Even now, he believed that all of the Archai together could currently fight and kill a Primordial once they had gotten used to their powers, and in time, each Archai would stand on the same level as a Primordial. He showed them a path to Limbo because across all infinities that Rowan had seen, Limbo might be the only place in existence that was truly infinite; even the Primordials, after countless Eras of roaming across Limbo, could not say they had seen everything it had to offer. With the power of the Archai, they could leave and enjoy true freedom beyond what most lifeforms could ever experience. They were born with the legacy of freedom. There were no movements from the Archai, no response... There was no need for any limited form of communication. From the time of their birth and seeing the face of the Creator, they pledged themselves to his service. Fundamentally, the Archai were not beings of language or emotions, but an extension of Rowan’s Will, and despite the fact that they had gained a heart from hearing his laughter, like Rowan, their Will was unshakable. They knew the burden that Rowan held in his heart, and like him, even though it was the easiest thing to let it all go and find their freedom in Limbo, they refused to back away when they were needed. Rowan nodded and dismissed the path towards Origin, "Then your Destinies lie with me, and your path ahead would not be easy." ® Rowan looked at these hundred Archai as he made finishing touches to his plans for them. When his designs were completed, he gestured, and four mysterious runes signifying his Intent appeared in front of him. They could hardly be perceived with normal or supernatural senses, and it was a deliberate choice by Rowan, because for this task, he wanted the Archai to use their heart in selecting. "Your purpose is clear, yet there is still a need for refinement. There are four paths ahead, and each of you can pick one, and that would be the road you follow until you are no longer under my care. Make your choice." The one hundred Archais were silent, as they regarded the runes ahead of them, but their decision, as always, seemed instantaneous. A ripple passed through their ranks, and they separated into four groups of twenty-five. And so, for each Rune, twenty-five Archais stood in front of it. Rowan nodded in appreciation of their quick decision-making and bravado. Although they were newly born, this did not stop them from making the plunge into the unknown. He closed his eyes for a brief moment and then opened them. Determination filled his gaze as he touched the first of the Runes, making it explode in radiance that shot into the body of the first group. This rune resembled a helix of iridescent, non-light that seems to be both a solid structure and a flowing river. It exists in a state of perpetual, graceful torsion, like the double helix of reality itself being spun. Around this central helix are countless threads of potential stream, each one a shimmering filament representing a possible timeline, a choice, or a physical law. This first rune represented infinite motion and potential, and for the Archai that would be inheriting this portion of his power, Rowan chose to call them the Weaver of Causality. The rune separated into smaller helixes and branded itself in the core of the Archai, and on their chest, a symbol of this rune appeared. In their souls, the Will of Rowan thundered, "YOU ARE THE THREAD AND THE WEAVER. THE FIRST CAUSE AND THE FINAL EFFECT. FROM THE SILENT NOTHING, PULL THE FIRST THREAD OF SOMETHING. SPIN THE LOOM OF TIME ACROSS ALL REALITIES. LET NO EVENT BE UNCONNECTED; LET EVERY ACTION BIRTH A REACTION. WEAVE THE LAWS OF MOTION, OF CONSEQUENCE, OF DESTINY INTO THE VERY FABRIC OF BEING. YOUR PATTERN IS THE STORY OF ALL THAT IS AND EVER WILL BE. DO NOT WEAVE IN ERROR. THIS SHALL BE YOUR NOBLE TASK."
