Hikaru

Hikaru has brown spiky hair, a small goatee, and dark eyes. Hikaru wears the standard Kumogakure shinobi outfit inclusive of flak jacket and forehead protector, with a black haori draped over his shoulder which has wave-like patterns on the edge. He also has his right eye closed constantly. Whether or not this is due to an injury or simply a habit is unknown.
