Neon's Mother

She possesses a fair skin with black eyes and brown hair. Her hair is chin-length and bob-cut. She wears purple glasses with circular lenses that are half-rimmed on the bottom, an orange buttoned shirt underneath a lab coat. She also wears baggy orange pants.

Neon's mother has been friends with Hibari Kamakura for a long time, and their daughters grew up together as childhood friends.
