Ōtora

Ōtora had short black hair and black-coloured eyes. He wore a beige-coloured hat on his head with parts of his hair only showing sticking out of the back. He also wore a purple-collared shirt.

When he stumbled into Gaara, he began to insult him, only to soon realise who he was speaking to. When Gaara saw the fear in his eyes, he unintentionally killed Ōtora.
