Description
In Naruto's flashback, he told Tsukino to get rid of the bandits that were lurking around the village. But instead, Naruto got rid of the bandits for Tsukino. After his death from an incurable illness, Tsukino succeeded him as the village head.
Appearance
He was an older man with long white hair. He has dark-coloured skin and light-coloured eyes.
