Tōu

Tōu has black hair and yellow eyes. She wore a pair of pants and a red short-sleeved shirt. She wore bandages wrapped on each lower arm and she had a yellow ring wrapped around each knee. She also wore the Twelve Guardian Ninja waistcloth around her waist.

When she was still alive, she was part of the Twelve Guardian Ninja. Ten years before the start of the series, six of the members tried a coup d'etat. She, alongside Asuma Sarutobi, Chiriku, Kitane, Seito, and Nauma, fought against them, only to be killed by Kazuma when she and the three other survivors tried to use Limelight on him.
