Nux smiled inwardly, realizing that he was right. As he looked around and sensed their power levels, it didn't take long for Nux to realize what 'Timeline' he was in. It was the time when Azriel Ruinous had just begun his journey and had started gathering Vampires to recreate the Blood Empire together with his wives, Luminia and Ithania. The Vampire Progenitor defended himself as he stared at Nux threateningly, and it was only then that Nux finally realized it. In the story he was told, Azriel met Luminia and Ithania at almost the same time, before he even became a Master Stage Cultivator. So the fact that Azriel here was an Emperor and still didn't know about Ithania only meant one thing, Ithania Sky doesn't exist. This Azriel wasn't the Azriel he knew. Nux, who had now realized he wasn't actually meeting his Father-in-law or the past version of his Father-in-law for that matter, decided that there was no need to be respectful and teleported away without saying anything. Azriel and the others, who let an unknown man appear amidst them and then disappear without a care in this world, were frozen stiff. "He… He disappeared… And he did it without a portal…" One of the subordinates who had pointed his weapon at Nux called out. Honestly, more than once, he wanted to attack that man, but something deep in his body was stopping him every single time. He declared, and Luminia smiled dangerously. She was about to get close and bite Azriel's neck, but Azriel backed down, "But for now, we need to understand where we are. I cannot connect to Yrniel. Something isn't right." He spoke up, and Luminia nodded solemnly as well. Once again, the two started passing down orders and resumed what they were doing, choosing to completely ignore the man who had suddenly popped in and disappeared.
